Tropical Ceylon tours is professional and I will recommend them without any hesitation. I went on a customized 6 days Ramayana Trail tour.  I had provided them an itinerary what I wanted to see and they followed them as per my plan I requested minimum 4 or 5 star hotels and Melanie arranged as per my request and all hotels were to our expectation except the one in Kartegeyagama The driver Sernath cares for the customer he always followed the posted speed and he has lot of patience and he spoke good English.  I plan to visit Sri Lanka to see the beaches and I will use Melani Tropical Tours again.
